A hazardous waste container built inside a side-opening 20′ (6 m) OS container, equipped with a containment tank of approximately 1,500 L. One end of the container is fitted with double doors, and one 6 m wall can be fully opened to facilitate loading with a machine. The containment tank is made of non-stainless steel and covered with a galvanised-steel floor grille that can be lifted off for emptying the tank. This container is suitable for storing chemicals and liquids, for example in intermediate bulk containers and barrels. The container features passive ventilation as standard, but we can equip it with mechanical ventilation if necessary. The container has forklift pockets and can be moved from the corner pieces with a crane or forklift. The containment tank is made of non-stainless steel as standard, but a stainless-steel containment tank is also an option.

The container can also be built by equipping a 20’ HC OS container, height approx. + 30 cm. PIR/40 mm thermal insulation as standard. PIR/EI60 thermal insulation, electrification and mechanical ventilation can be installed as options. The container is ISO-compliant and CSC-approved for international sea freight. Please note that equipping the container may result in the loss of the CSC approval, so possible freight use must be indicated when placing the order.
